The royal family is certainly expanding like never before and it’s without a doubt that everyone is thrilled with all of the baby bumps and chatter behind closed doors at Buckingham Palace. Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson’s daughter Princess Beatrice is pregnant with her first child and recently dropped a major hint about her baby’s due date. Here’s what you need to know.
The 33-year-old, who is expecting her first child with her husband Edorado Mapelli Mozzi, first announced their pregnancy back in May. And now it looks like the royal bundle of joy might arrive sooner than first anticipated.
Princess Beatrice Just Dropped A Major Hint About Her Pregnancy
Just recently Beatrice, who is the patron of the Helen Arkell Dyslexia Charity, spoke to Giovanna Fletcher about her battle with dyslexia, according to Hello! Magazine. She also opened up about her pregnancy and her due date.
She said: “My husband’s also dyslexic so we’ll see whether we’re having this conversation in a couple of months’ time with a new baby in the house, but I really see it as a gift.”
Princess Beatrice and Edo announced that they were expecting via a royal statement earlier this year. It said: “Her Royal Highness Princess Beatrice and Mr Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi are very pleased to announce that they are expecting a baby in autumn of this year. The Queen has been informed and both families are delighted with the news.”
And while Princess Beatrice has made no comments about her baby’s gender, some royal fans are speculating that she might be expecting a baby boy, seeing how she’s been wearing so much blue lately. Stay tuned.
