Tristan Thompson has been backed by Kim Kardashian to change his ways after the former came out and expressed his intention to do so.

Tristan will always be a part of the Kardashian family, given that he was in a relationship with Khloé Kardashian. Although the pair split up because Khloé could no longer trust Tristan, it seems he is focused on winning people over. He will have to do a lot more than words, though.
After all, he infamously cheated on Khloé by kissing Jordyn Woods which was followed by rumours from other women who claimed that Tristan was hooking up with them. But now that he is a single man, he is focused on trying to better himself. In a post to his fans on Instagram, Tristan shared a picture of himself standing next to a painting with some shades on.
The post was captioned by the following comments: “Some people will judge you for changing. Some people will celebrate you for growing. Choose your circle wisely.” The reaction from the Kardashians was mixed. Kim, for her part, came out to back the star.
Not only did she like Tristan’s post, but she did leave some wise words. This is to be expected, though, given that Kim also had wished Kanye West the best after their split. In response to Tristan’s comments, she said: “Jamaican Canadian Prophet.” Khloé, however, did not address the post which is understandable for several reasons.
First of all, Tristan had expressed similar sentiments during their time together. Given he had failed to change then, why would it be any different now? Secondly, Khloé is focused on moving on with her life. Although Tristan will always be a father to her child, there is nothing more than that.
In a post on the same day, she stated: “Every situation in life is temporary. So, when life is good, make sure you enjoy and receive it fully. And when life is not so good, remember that it will not last forever, and better days are on the way.”
Time will tell whether Tristan will change his ways, but for now, we can give him the benefit of the doubt.
