It looks like someone here is trying to get a “get of jail free” card. There are new reports that say Josh Duggar’s attorneys are looking to get his child porn charges dropped. As many fans can recall, Josh was arrested in Arkansas by the feds and only a few days after his wife Anna Duggar announced her seventh pregnancy.
Apparently, his arrest is in connection to the used car dealership he once owned. He is currently being held without bail in Washington County. It’s also been noted that Josh Duggar’s car dealership in Arkansas was raided in 2019 in connection to a federal probe.
The motions ask for the dismissal of the two charges and to suppress evidence in the case. The motions to suppress evidence say investigators took Duggar’s cellphone before he could call his lawyer and questioned him without his lawyer present.

Josh has been at a family friend’s house, who agreed to be his custodian during his release, and he is prohibited from using any Internet-accessible devices as he awaits trial.
Josh Duggar made headlines back in 2015 when it was reported that he sexually molested four of his younger sisters while he was still a teen. The disgraced reality star also reportedly cheated on his wife by using an Ashley Madison account.
His arrest was made only a few short days before he and Anna announced that they were expecting their seventh child together. If found guilty, Josh faces up to 20 years behind bars.
