Prince Harry has just returned back home to California after his second trip to the UK this year, but it looks like he might be returning back ‘home’ sooner rather than later.
In fact, there’s a new report that suggests the Duke of Sussex might be asked to come back to London as early as September and that his wife Meghan Markle might accompany him for this trip, too. Here’s what you need to know.
Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Might Return To The UK By September
Prince Harry was on hand to reveal a new statue of his mother Princess Diana alongside his brother Prince William at Kensington Gardens this past week. The statue unveiling was deemed a very successful one and that might be the reason why palace officials are wanting to organize a much bigger event in the fall with the project’s charity officials and donators.
And seeing how this statue was the brainchild of both Harry and William, the Duke of Sussex will most likely have to return to the UK for this next planned event in September.
Should Prince Harry make his third trip to UK this year, a lot of people can’t help but wonder if his wife Meghan Markle will come along, too. While he could definitely use all of the support he can get while in the UK, there might be a few things holding Meghan back.
The first, of course, would be the fact that she’s not ready to leave her two children behind, which include two-year-old Archie and the couple’s newborn daughter, Lilibet. The second would be that Meghan Markle has more detractors than fans in the UK right now.
If there’s one thing she shouldn’t expect in London, it’s a homecoming as there are still a lot of people who believe that she is the brains behind Megxit. So far neither Harry or Meghan have made any comments about their future travel plans.
