Meghan Markle would have found more success as a member of the royal family if someone like Princess Diana could have helped show her the ropes.
In fact, one royal expert says that Prince William and Prince Harry’s late mother would have shown her daughter-in-law “the good path ahead” while she was still struggling behind closed doors at the palace. Here’s what you need to know.
As many royal fans know by now, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle pulled the plug on their working relationship with the royal family back in January of 2020 less than two years of marriage.
Meghan Markle Would Have Been A More Successful Royal With Princess Diana By Her Side
Meghan simply couldn’t take the stress of being a full-time royal anymore and that’s why the Duke and Duchess of Sussex packed their bags and left London for a better life for themselves in California.
But if there’s one person who could have made all of the difference in the world, it’s Harry’s mother, Princess Diana.
Royal commentator Charles Rae told Entertainment Daily in a new interview, “I suspect that [Diana’s] influence would have had a stabilizing effect on Meghan. She would have shown her American daughter-in-law the good path ahead.
But given what we know now i.e. bullying allegations against her and that William and Kate believed she had an agenda, it would not have been easy.”
Rae added, “Meghan’s actions have led to senior palace aides describing her as a narcissist, sociopath, and unhinged. But even so I do believe Diana’s influence would have borne some fruit and who knows perhaps Harry and Meghan would have stayed to continue working for the family firm.”
As many fans know, Princess Diana died in a car crash in Paris back in 1997.
