Now Erika will have to find new counsel as her current attorneys have moved to withdraw their representation.

‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’: Monday was not a good day for Erika.
The firm cites an irreparable relationship between the legal team and their now ex-client. “The relationship of trust and confidence that is essential to a properly functioning attorney-client relationship has broken down,” they wrote in the documents Erika received earlier this week.
They also advised Erika to seek new representation while simultaneously warning her of “the potential consequences of not timely securing replacement counsel.”
The Housewife and the Hustler documentary features legal experts and the alleged victim of Girardi’s embezzlement and shoddy legal practices.
Girardi declared bankruptcy so as to dodge paying his clients what they were owed. The shock divorce between Erika and Girard prompted the a pair to further be sued for allegedly using the spilt to hide their wealth and further embezzle the money owed to Girardi’s clients that include a burns victim, a failed medical implant victim and the children of a woman who died in the Lion Air Boeing Air Max crash in October of 2018.
In the months since the legal woes began, Girardi has been diagnosed with dementia and late-onset Alzheimer’s.
While Erika has not yet been accused of any crimes, the big question is how much she knew of her then husband’s practices.
The news of Erika’s sudden divorce is just hitting her co-stars on this week’s episode of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, airing on Bravo, Wednesday at 9pm ET.
