‘General Hospital’ (GH) Spoilers ask: what is this strange chemistry that Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) and Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) have going on? Now I have to admit I kind of dropped off the GH train sometime during quarantine so I’ve missed a lot, but the last time I checked Eliabeth was still pining after Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth), but since he seems to be dead as a doornail right now that’s no longer a thing. (Gee, thanks Peter!)
In today’s episode specifically there was some definite heat between Finn and Liz, so that begs the question, will they hook up?
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Finn and Elizabeth?
If you’re familiar with the way that soaps work, the answer would be yes. The way they were talking to each other and looking at each other, they want to hook up. Again, I dropped off the GH train somewhere around the start of quarantine last year, but, the last time I checked Dr. Hamilton Finn was involved with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), looks like that isn’t so much a thing now though?
While that would provide some excellent angst, I think its safe to say that the Finn/Anna ship sank a long time ago, roundabout the time when his ex and their baby girl showed up. Ahem.
Can’t say that I hate the idea of Finn and Liz together though, the “Fizz” ship is something I could get behind. They make a cute couple and they haven’t really been directly at odds with each other, at least not that I’m aware of.
He wasn’t involved in the whole Franco mess, however, he was involved with Anna, who was involved with Peter, who murdered Franco, so there could possibly be some residual tension there. (Doesn’t Anna have residual tension with just about everybody, though?)
Although… her sister Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) might have a little something to say about that considering she is Finn’s baby Mama and it might be a little confusing that Daddy went from Mommy to Aunt Liz for little Violet Barnes (Jophielle Love), but so far we haven’t heard from Hayden in awhile so maybe she would just accept that Aunt Liz and Daddy make each other really happy? Hah, man that’s going to be one awkward Thanksgiving when Hayden decides to show up again. Stay tuned!!!
