‘Young And The Restless’ (B&B) spoilers show that it’s no surprise the writing hasn’t been great for a while, but do we really have to repeat so much in so little time?

Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) only cares about herself and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) and Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) continue to partner swap and Adam is the brunt of every ill-intentioned thing from everyone in Genoa City.

There’s only so much Adam can do, and people let him live rent-free in their heads. I’m looking at you Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). The worst culprit of all is Sharon though and this was demonstrated when they started swapping spit in Society.

Oh, look, another thing to make Adam look terrible. Kissing a married woman while Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) is stuck at home in a wheelchair. We get it, you don’t want us to like Adam.

‘Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: How Much Longer Can Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) Be The Black Sheep Of The Show?

This is getting to a strange stage of obsession though, isn’t it? Surely, not every problem in Genoa City can be deduced to Adam. There has to be more out there going on.  Viewers have continued to complain and point out that if they keep pinning the world’s problems on Adam, they’ll stop watching.

I get it, I’ve been watching for a little over a year now and I’m already tired of it. I can’t imagine what a lifelong fan must be feeling.

To make things worse, Adam was on his way out. He was now Adam Wilson and he and Chelsea were going to move closer to Connor and start a new life. Until Chelsea got hurt that is. Though, let’s be honest, they can’t get rid of Adam. So we’re at a crossroads. So they continue making Adam the black sheep of the family, the one they can pin all their problems on… or are they actually going to give him a story. A tale of redemption, or even so he’s friendly with his family. Something.
