‘Young And The Restless (Y&R)’ spoilers show that that was awkward! While on a “romantic getaway”, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) was swooning Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) off her feet only for her to call him Devon!
Nate immediately went to the drink cart to pour himself a drink and tried playing it off like it wasn’t a big deal but we could see him struggling with what just happened. While they were able to move on and get past it at the moment, this is just the beginning of a much larger issue.
‘Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Elena Says The Wrong Name – Calls Nate, Devon!
We still know what Elena and Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) did during the snowstorm, and it’s only a matter of time before Nate and Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) find out. Oh yeah, by the way, while Elena and Nate are on their getaway, Devon and Amanda end up going to bed together as well.
Yes, we’ve got another round of the partner shuffle and it’s getting old. What’s worse this time around though, is Devon and Amanda actually getting together. We’ve spoken about this before and how inappropriate it seems for Devon to be with the twin of his deceased wife.
It’s only a matter of time before Elena and Devon’s secret slips, then it’s back to where we started and nothing has been accomplished. What have these stories all been about? Seems like in the end, everyone will be single again except this time there will be much more animosity.
Can we all just appreciate how Elena has completely lost her sensitivity to cheating though? Bravo.
