‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers find that both Brooke and Zoe sure lived up to the ‘bold’ side of things in Friday’s episode as Brooke ambushed Katie Logan (Heather Tom) and Zoe hit Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) up for a favor.
First off, Brooke tried to act as though she wasn’t the source of Katie and Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) marriage dissolution and invited her sister over to put the hard word on her. Brooke believes Bill is sorry, Brooke believes Katie and her son, Will Spencer (Finnegan George) miss Bill and Brooke believes Katie should take Bill back.

The fact that Bill even came to Brooke and Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis), asking the two of them to advocate on his behalf was poor form. But Brooke, the woman Bill was busted kissing, ambushing Katie and imploring her sister to forgive and forget—yet again—was kind of atrocious.
Especially as she conveniently erased pretty much all mention of the role she played in the couple’s current (and previous) separation(s).
Katie’s speech about feeling like the third wheel to her big sisters while growing up, then being made to feel that way again in her own relationship—like she was standing in the way of Bill and Brooke’s “perennial love affair”—should have shamed the ‘prone-to-playing-tonsil-hockey-with-her sister’s-husband’ woman to silence.
But alas, Brooke disrespected her youngest sister’s feelings and told her it would “mean so much to me,” if Katie would take Bill back.
Is this chick for real? Which coincidentally was the question I asked in regards to Zoe’s interactions with Ridge.
After Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor ) put Zoe and Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon De Metz) on blast and tried to drag Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) into the engagement implosion, Zoe skipped off to Ridge’s office, disturbing him during work and asking him to talk Carter into calling off the calling off of their nuptials.
Ridge asked what we all wanted to know; “Why would I do that?”. After all, he caught Zoe in the cringey act of trying to seduce Zende. Carter’s best friend, Ridge was the one to advise him to call off the wedding in the first place.
Zoe sputtered on about self-sabotage and fear and even tried to tug on Ridge’s heart strings by bringing up the doomed almost wedding to his son Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson). Sorry Zoe, but about 3000 people warned you that Thomas was using you, but with that sweet little “Forrester” title within your grasp, you ignored every single red flag.
All in all, the audacity of both Zoe and Brooke was off the charts this week. But then again, this is The Bold and the Beautiful, not The Repentant and the Contrite.
