Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson’s DC film ‘Black Adam’ has been long-awaited by fans for a while now. With it finally getting some steam behind it and beginning production soon, it’s time for Johnson to get into Black Adam shape (not that he wasn’t already)!
He took to Instagram in a video to explain his workout and how he does his cardio on an empty stomach in the morning and goes back at night to lift weights. Take a look at his caption below and use the link to view his full video.
“Late night follow up from my #blackadamtraining post from this morning
Thursday split is back & bi’s.
* cardio every morning right when I wake up on an empty stomach.
* after cardio, I’ll start my work day.
Once babies are asleep 💤 for the night, I’ll hit the iron and start my training.
More to come and you guys finish your week strong and on a positive uptick ☝🏾✅
Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson Shares His Black Adam Workout Routine!
To see him training for ‘Black Adam’ has many of us so excited to know that it’s finally coming to fruition! Seeing Johnson as excited for this as us is amazing as well!
In the meantime, Johnson’s new comedy series on NBC, ‘Young Rock’ is starting off with a bang! The reviews have been overwhelmingly positive and after watching it twice, I’m a fan. The way they’re structuring the show is good but seeing all the amazing people come to life on-screen is amazing.
From Andre the Giant to The Iron Sheik and Johnson’s father Rocky Johnson, the casting is perfect. If you haven’t watched the ‘Young Rock’ premiere yet, I would highly suggest it.
We look forward to seeing new episodes of that as well as the continued production of ‘Black Adam’! We have high hopes!
