New normals aren’t easy, especially when others go out of their way to force it on others, such as what Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) will be dealing with after her mom didn’t want to talk to her.
Luckily for her, Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) will be there to help comfort her. It’s something a lot of people don’t have access to when they’re forced to go through some dark times.
While ‘Young and the Restless’ don’t think they’re going to become more than friends just yet, this could be the start of it.
It could be as simple as a simple caress or kiss they’ll pull back from for a moment, but it’ll be contact they both need at the moment. Will they take the next step?
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For January 6: Chelsea’s new normal
Since we’re on this topic, Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) will struggle coping with her new life, and while having Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) there will help, it’ll still be hard for her.
At the moment, she can’t communicate or move and will face months of rehab at least. But there could be something brewing inside her that’s dying to erupt.
This is purely speculation on our part, but we think there’s a chance that Chelsea will start to hold Adam as accountable for her condition as he holds himself.
He’ll probably apologize to her a thousand times, but will she hear anything but him holding himself responsible and will she buy into it?
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For January 6: New weapon
Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) has been looking for a way to get back at Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), and it appears Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) will hand her what she needs.
While what the weapon is isn’t known yet, there is the possibility that Phyllis could be putting her relationship with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) on the line with this, but it could be worth it.
One thing that could make it worth the risk to Phyllis is if the information could lead to jail time for Victoria. That would leave Victoria broken if she loses, damaged is she doesn’t.
