Netflix’s newest trailer for ‘Red Dot’ seemed ridiculous at first, but by the end of it, I was actually pretty caught up in it. At first, I couldn’t help but laugh because we all know the laser dot joke and shining it on unsuspecting people through a restaurant window or at a football game.
However, there’s something far more sinister on the other end of that dot, an unknown shooter! Follow David and Nadja as they go on a romantic hiking trip in the North of Sweden only to flee through the wilderness as they’re chased by a red dot.
“David and Nadja attempt to rekindle their relationship on a romantic hiking trip to the North of Sweden. The trip quickly turns into a nightmare when a red laser dot appears in their tent, and they are forced to flee into the unforgiving wilderness pursued by an unknown shooter.”

I’m not alone in thinking this is actually pretty cool, as many other viewers commented on the trailer, saying, “This is a perfect teaser . Short and sweet that has your attention without spoiling the whole film .”, “Ah yes, a perspective into how cats feel when you shine a toy laser at them. Understandable, won’t do it again.”, “THIS IS THE MOST PERFECT TEASER I HAVE EVER WATCHED”, “Oh that red dot seems weird. Netflix : ? yah, we’ll make a movie out of it.” and “Imagine being in a deserted open area where you become an easy target… Spooky.”
