Today marks Election day, and tensions are high on both sides. Whether you support Donald Trump or Joe Biden, or even if you’re a third-party voter, there’s going to be a lot going on today, tonight, and probably for the rest of the month. Joe Rogan has just the thing for you though.

If you find yourself with anxiety or feeling very stressed out, there is something that works and is recommended. Rogan wants you to “work out like the devil is on your tail”. It will help boost your mood, the pressure will subside and you’ll start clearing your head.

Rogan has been a huge supported of physical exercise (obviously) and it’s been proven that it can not only make you healthier, lose weight, and that whole speech, but it absolutely affects your mood! If you can get away for a bit today, set everything down, and just do some exercise. Go for a jog, lift weights, sprints, burpees, pushups, whatever you can do.
