Probably the best part about Joe Rogan‘s podcast is the fact that we get to actually hear from people uncut and unedited. It allows us to truly hear what they have to say and who they are apart from some soundbite that went viral or a small clip that’s taken out of context.
People from Mike Tyson, Steve-O, to Tom Green, and even Alex Jones have appeared on the podcast, some multiple times, and each time I’m surprised by how normal, or human they are. In particular, the latest episode with Tom Green. I had listened to the earlier one with him and was taken back by his mind and subtle genius.

Joe Rogan Interviewed Tom Green Again & Green Is Not The Guy Most Of Us Thought He Was
Now, don’t get me wrong, for the longest time I too thought of Tom Green as just an adult child with his comedies like ‘Road Trip” and “Freddy Got Fingered” along with his entire catalog, and they are and remain ridiculous, but when you actually sit down and hear from the guy about what he accomplished, even way back in the day, the guy was a pioneer, specifically in the podcast space.
Now he’s been out traveling the United States in a van with his dog, taking beautiful videos and living life and it’s cool to see. Green is much more normal and interesting than his film roles or soundbites would give him credit for.
