‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers say that Covid-19 has certainly changed the way that everyone lives their lives now, and it looks like it’s no different for the fictional lives of Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton). In fact, actor Scott Clifton said that because of the ongoing pandemic that has been the coronavirus, his character and Hope are not more “vocally affectionate” than they ever were before. Here’s what he has to say.
As many B&B fans know, the cast and crew must remain six feet apart at all times, in order to make sure that everyone remains both healthy and safe while filming on the set of the hit CBS soap. That means Liam and Hope can’t get as up close and personal as they would like to. But that doesn’t seem to be much of a problem. Speaking to Soap Hub Insider, Scott explained, “Liam and Hope are happily married. [So] we’re not establishing a romantic connection that’s really important to the story. We’re still very affectionate, but it’s vocally affectionate.”
‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: Hope And Liam Are Getting Passionate In A Different Way
However, should Liam and Hope do get closer in the coming weeks, Scott says that his wife Nicole Lampson is both willing and ready and even on standby to help out. Spouses of The Bold and the Beautiful stars are coming in for the scenes in which there is “touching” involved in between the characters, as it is in accordance with the Covid-19 safety protocols.
With a little bit of trickery behind the camera and some good editing, it will look like Liam is kissing Hope, when in fact, it’s actually Scott kissing his wife, Nicole!
