TLC ’90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way’ spoilers finds that Deavan Clegg has been getting a lot of hate for a long time now, and I think she realizes that that’s kind of what you sign on for when you sign up for a reality TV show. Jihoon Lee realizes that too, and both should be expected to have extra scrutiny over social media because that’s just the nature of the beast when you’re on reality TV.
People will scrutinize your every move and for some people, that can lead into the launch of other things. However, there are two people involved in this case that did not sign up to be on this train, and that is little Drasill and Taeyang.

The majority of people who watch this show are adults, so when making the judgment on the character of the adults in the situation, we pretty much know to leave it there. However it would seem that some don’t know, or have forgotten what it was like to be a child and to operate with child logic.
It’s one thing for Deavan, the Mom, to receive hate about her own actions, but for people to be sending her hate toward her daughter and telling her such vile things as they hope little Drasilla gets hit by a car and other such horrible things? That’s deplorable, people. No would should be doing that.
Is Deavan the best parent? Arguably, no, but before we go in on her parenting, let’s just scrutinize the full situation for one moment. Deavan is a single Mom, who was essentially by herself in Korea, financially supporting the family, even Jihoon said that.
She was raising a 3 year old and a months old baby, and was with a partner who didn’t really provide her with the best of support and according to the allegations that have come out, abused her oldest daughter. She asked him to get a job so that he would be kept away from them.
Deavan had a lot on her plate, so are her kids going to be that well behaved? No. But let’s focus on where the hate is going, little Drascilla. She is a child. She works by child logic. She is innocent and right now does not have any control over the situations that she is in.
A child is going to act out and anyone who thinks they’re going to sit there and not react like a doll or some other kind of inanimate object has obviously forgotten what it was like to be a a child, and arguably shouldn’t be around any children themselves.
So let’s all take a step back from bashing little Drascilla, she deserves to have a chance at a life where she can grow and move on from this and be a normal, happy child, and her Mom may not be perfect, she doesn’t deserve to be mom-shamed over what she’s doing.
We all make mistakes when it come to parenting and we all have to try our best and just hope that the kids we raised come out on the positive end of things. So please… shut up, Karen.
