CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) cancer has just gotten worse. After her surgery, it’s spread now to her lymph nodes and they’re talking about a much more invasive surgery now. Fans have been adamite that Sharon would not die off as a character, but it’s looking more and more that she may not make it!

It’s going to be tough watching her character go through another surgery and suffering further. She’s found some solace in speaking with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), though this may lead to more trouble than it’s worth. Though now, she may be “on her own” shortly, as it appears Adam has left.

CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Sharon’s Cancer Is Spreading – Are We Still Sure She Won’t Be Leaving The Show?

Sharon left Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) at home to go for a “walk” and ended up going to Adam’s hotel room. They spoke about what was going on with them and we all held our breath more a moment and Sharon lay her head on his shoulder. For a minute we thought the unthinkable may happen! Fortunately, from what we saw, Sharon simply fell asleep.

However, she was awakened by Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) as she knocked on the door trying to talk to Adam, who had left earlier. This whole thing has been tough for Sharon, but is doing the right thing, and are we so sure that she’ll make it out of this cancer diagnosis? I think we need to prepare ourselves for the fact that Sharon may not make it. Is she really untouchable or has Sharon’s character come to an end?
