NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers reveal that fans have spoken: they absolutely don’t want to see Camila Banus (Gabi DiMera) leave the show. There is a lot of speculation that the Miami-born beauty might be the next one out the revolving door at the NBC soap. Here’s what you need to know.
Many ‘Days of Our Lives’ fans have taken to their social media accounts to comment on the situation and as one would expect, they weren’t too happy with the rumors suggesting that Camila Banus is the next DOOL star to leave the show. In fact, they absolutely want her to say!

Some comments have included, “She has literally carried the show on her back for at least 3 years. The show should have promised her the sun, moon, and stars to keep her. So hopefully, this isn’t forever & she can do her primetime thing and then come back here and there,” along with, “I suspected this would be the next exit announcement.
Camila is a sturdy actress but, not unlike Allison Sweeney as Sami, she does very little in her performance that actually makes me sympathize on any level with Gabi so I can’t say that I’ll miss the character if she indeed exits.”
Another fan wrote, “This was not unexpected, but still saddening. If she and Victoria do come back, I hope it’s to a show that has a secure future.”
So far, the producers for ‘Days of Our Lives’ have not made any indication or announcement that Camila is leaving, but seeing how Kirstian Alfonso, Greg Vaughan, and even Victoria Konefal all made announcements that they are departing the show within only a week of each other, some DOOL fans suspect that Camila will be the next to say something about her future on the show.
