Univision Médicos, línea de vida spoilers reveal this new drama is very reminiscent of General Hospital. Although, we’re finding some of the drama a bit more enticing than a few recent stories on GH. Let’s take a look at some moments from the first week of the show. We’ll also give some previews.

Univision Médicos línea de vida Spoilers: Basics
This series follows a bunch of doctors at a prestigious hospital in Mexico. In the first episode, a huge bus crash ends up changing everything there. It seems the director of the clinic was negligent during the bus crash fallout and it led to the death of a child.
This, of course, angered the kid’s father, who showed up at the clinic and shot Dr. Lara (Jorge Ortiz de Pinedo), the old director. The hospital staff did everything they could, but Lara died. And now, the hospital on the verge of a suit. This not only leaves them in a bad situation legally, but they now need a new director.
Throughout the first week, René Castillo (Rodrigo Murray) thinks he will get the job. He needs to. He and another employee, Mireya Navarro (Erika de la Rosa), are involved in selling medical materials. They’re also having an affair.
Him being in a position of power will make his scheme much easier. Plus, we saw how the personal lives of Regina Villaseñora (Livia Brito) and Luis Galván’s (Carlos de la Mota) significant others aren’t thrilled with the hours they put in, for one. Another doctor seems to have a much bigger issue, but we’ll get to that in a second.
Univision Médicos línea de vida Spoilers: Changes
One of the more amusing moments of the week was when René found out Gonzalo Olmedo (José Elías Moreno Jr.) was put into the top position instead of him. He’d been so confident in the job being his, René was practically thanking the board before they even finished announcing their decision. Needless to say, he is not happy. He’s planning to do everything he can to get Gonzalo out of the job.
Meanwhile, Gonzalo is busy doing what he has to do. As he was the boss in the emergency room, they needed someone else. So, he appointed Regina to the position. She’s excited and terrified at the same time. But Mireya isn’t happy, and worried that her good thing’s about to go bad. But poor Regina might have bigger problems.

Earlier in the week, Sergio (Osvaldo de León), Regina’s man, expressed worry about her working so many hours. Especially after the attack on her former boss. She promised she’d be okay, but Sergio asked her to remember she can quit any time. He has more than enough to support them.
Even so, he is supportive when she gets the new job, and even surprises her with flowers to celebrate. We’re waiting for something to go wrong, and Médicos, línea de vida spoilers hint it just might. We’ll get to that in the preview.
Univision Médicos línea de vida Spoilers: Random
On a more random note, in one episode a patient came in after being exposed to gas. Regina and David Paredes (Daniel Arenas) left her in others’ hands while they raced to the building to save others. They managed to save several of the residents in the building, one of which was dealing with some chest pain.
This is where it’s kind of cool. When the doctor was explaining things to the patient, a computer animated graphic of the organ came on the screen, highlighting the different things the doctor was talking about. It’s something have haven’t seen done in the few other medical shows we’ve seen.
We also got a kick out of how idealized these shows can be. Most of the characters are beyond ethical, plus one even took time to sit with a calm a woman Regina saved from gas exposure. It shows a side of things you’ll probably only see on TV. Because our experience has mostly been a rushed approach more along the lines of Ana Caballero (Grettell Valdez).
She is a blunt type who rushes people through, and Luis gave her a bit of grief for her lack of compassion. She went on about how many people she sees in a day and how she can’t remember every person, or sit and hold their hand. We have a feeling she might not last long.
Univision Médicos línea de vida Spoilers: Trouble ahead
Finally, let’s look at some Médicos, línea de vida spoilers for this week. Remember when we said there was trouble coming? Well, it looks like Regina will face some tonight. She’ll catch her man in what teasers indicate is a threesome.
We’ll also see them dealing with a patient who doesn’t believe in vaccines and a big fight between David and Arturo Molina (Rodolfo Salas) in the middle of the emergency room. Apparently, they’ll be fighting while trying to save someone. This can only end well.
Speaking of, we don’t see a mention of this in the teasers for the coming week, but there’s a doctor named Rafael Calderón (Federico Ayos) who seems to like going out. But there’s another, more serious, problem.
At the end of Friday’s episode, he was injecting something into his feet. The method (and his reaction after) makes us think he’s doing heroin. This is sure to play a part at some point during the week.
Also, we expect there will be an issue with René as well. His wife, Constanza (Marisol del Olmo), seems to love the good life. And she might be a big part of his desire to be in charge, and his other business.
In a scene Friday, she didn’t seem happy about him not getting the job, and she basically egged him on about getting the position. We expect him to pull something soon to do just that.
