CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers indicate that Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) might always have a lot of people that she can count on in her life, but if there’s one person that she just can’t stop thinking about, it’s Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). Sure, she might have Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) on one side and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) on the other. But if there’s one man that she wants the most, it’s Genoa City’s ultimate bad boy, Adam. According to reports, the producers and writing team over at ‘Young and the Restless’ are looking to revamp some of their storylines before the cast and crew make their way back to the set. Now that the show has had production suspended for several long months, the producers can figure out what storylines are working and which ones are not. And just like some of the British primetime soaps like Eastenders, the Y&R writing team is looking to revamp or even get rid of some of the current storylines altogether.

So, does this mean that ‘Young and the Restless’ fans might soon be seeing Adam and Sharon back together again? Seeing how the chemistry with Rey is just not there and how Nick has moved on with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), there’s a very good chance that it might happen. And if so, this also means that Adam and Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) will soon be calling it quits, too. While many fans love seeing Adam and Chelsea together, most agree that Adam and Sharon would definitely bring a lot of fire and passion back on to the canvas. Do you agree?
