Out of all the youtubers on the platform, you would think that Trisha Paytas would have it made financially. She rakes in tons of money via youtube and now onlyfans and she always has an rakuten code up and allegedly makes at least $30k on that due to the sheer amount of followers that sign up under her link all the time. (Rakuten used to be ebates, by the way.) But as it turns out the glitzy youtuber has had major money woes in the past. Sure, she made money, lots of money, but she didn’t know how to pay taxes!
In a recent video she talked about how there was a time in which the federal government actually seized her accounts and drained them because as it turns out she didn’t pay them! They not only drained her accounts they even went after Mom’s account because it happened to have her name on it! The feds are hardcore and don’t mess around. True to her brand, Trisha says that this was just one of those things that she has to learn the hard way because according to Trish, that’s just what she does.
Youtube Trisha Paytas details money woes
She also said that there was a time in which her youtube channels got demonetized and was only bringing in $100k a month. Excuse me while I used a Friends quote to describe this situation, “My wallet’s too small for my fifities and my diamond shoes are too tight!” Only $100k a month? Trisha calls this kind of living paycheck to paycheck. Although I suppose she could be right, after all, living in LA is expensive. However she say that most all of her money went toward producing her music videos. Yes, those music videos. The music videos that most of us pretend don’t exist most of the time.
She went to detail about production and apparently these production budgets are pretty legit, the figure that she gave was extravagant. So no wonder she was living paycheck to paycheck. But still, it kind if begs the question because her Dad is supposedly a millionaire and he could have easily advised her on what sort of action to take to avoid getting taken ti the cleaners by the feds, but you know, once you’re an adult there’s only so much parental advice that will be adhered to and perhaps that was one of the things that Trisha was left to learn the hard way. Yike. Either way, a valuable lesson to take from all this is pay your taxes kiddies!
