TLC ’90 Day Fiancé’: Before the 90 Days spoilers finds that there have been rumors that Ed Brown was trying to get famous on social media. Apparently he has a youtube channel and he has other social media as well, like instagram and such like everyone else. But recently Ed has been really making a play for social media fame. He was recently on the H3H3 broadcast and he also does spots on Cameo if you ante up the money. So yeah if you want you can literally pay this guy to wish your Grandma or Auntie or third cousin twice removed a happy birthday, but the question is, after reading this, you may not want to.
Rosemarie Vega recently made an instagram story post, it was uploaded to the account 90dayfiancemuse. The first words out of her mouth were, “Ed, how dare you!” and then Rose began to pour out her story. She said that Ed never cared about her and that he lied about spending $5,000 in gifts for her. He never spent any money on her, the only thing he ever bought her were, in her words ‘bra and panty’. Probably, part of that pajama set we saw him purchase her on the show, I’m thinking. The most heartbreaking thing of all was that she said he never cared about her four year old little son! Her son! Excuse me while I go southern Mama for just a minute: “Ed, that baby never did anything to you!” seriously though, why endear yourself to a child and have him call you Daddy if you’re not going to be in it for the long haul?
TLC ’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Before the 90 Days – Did Ed use Rose for social media fame?
The most shocking revelation of all was that she said that he was lying about the whole thing with her sister. Apparently the money that her ‘sister’ asked him for, that was a non-existant request and Rose said it really hurt and embarassed her. She basically told Ed to stop spreading lies to be “always quiet” and that she was very very hurt by all of this. She was embarrassed in front of millions of people on, let’s face it, international TV, all so that Ed had a relatable sob story that he could put on TV and possibly get social media fame for.
Now, we have never seen the texts between Rose’s sister and Ed, which he says he recieved from her sister. But Rose says it was not her. Either someone’s going around impersonating Rose’s sister or there is a possibility that she got hacked. (At the risk of sounding a little bit too much like Yolanda here.) But if Rose insists that it didn’t happen, I somehow just don’t think that she would be in that deep a denial over something like this. She seemed too hurt, like she was the night of the STD test request, to be faking this. Also, if she was lying, certainly she would know that it would only make her look bad in the end, right?
It looks like, at least on the surface, that Ed is the one with all the power and the big following and he knows exactly how to work a big sympathy angle so that he can come out smelling like, pardon the pun, a rose. There could very well be more to this story but for right now it looks like Ed took advantage of Rose’s extreme poverty to come out looking like some kind of Captain Save-a-Ho (to quote “Pretty Woman”) and to get some kind of social media fame. Exactly what kind of social media fame he’s after, I have no idea but now that Rose has come out with her side of the story, we’ll see where that lands him. Stay tuned!!!
