We saw Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) give Sarah some terrible news on Thursday, April 9th. He revealed that Mickey is not their daughter in order to save her from marrying the guy who helped pull this switch off. It ended with Sarah confused. We’ll see that continue, as ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers tease Sarah gets the shock of her life. We’re sure she won’t believe Eric. She might even get angry at him for daring to suggest such a thing. We can understand that, as the consequences of this switch will be devastating. But, we do believe that no wedding will happen. You know Eric won’t let her just leave without convincing her of the truth first. And once she knows it? There’s no way she’ll stay with Xander Cook (Paul Telfer).

The writers are really putting Kristen through it right now. It seems as more time goes by, the more she feels her loss. It looks like that will continue Friday as, teasers suggest she struggles with her pain. Might she see that death certificate still sitting on her desk, setting this latest bout off? They’ll be closely connected.

Finally, Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) has made a big deal the past episode or two about the surgery she did on Steve. How delicate it would be, as well as how she was forced to continue on because of the self-destruct device added to the chip. She was worried that she might have destroyed everything that makes Steve who he is.
Friday, it looks like she might have been somewhat right. Teasers say Steve wakes up from his surgery, but there’s a hitch. We’re assuming that he’ll be dealing with memory loss and other similar issues, and Marlena will be the one who tries triggering his memories again.
