ITV ‘Coronation Street’ Spoilers: Updates Likely To Be Issued Every Week
ITV rounded off their statement by admitting that they are regularly checking the situation, and admitted that filming would resume as soon as it is safe to do so. It is the same situation with Emmerdale and EastEnders, with the latter of those closing down filming last week. The shutdown in the filming of the soap is a marker of how serious the outbreak of COVID-19 truly is. This is an unprecedented time in the history of the 60-year-old soap, and fans will be hoping that the pause in filming doesn’t last for too long.
