Telemundo Operación Pacífico spoilers reveal we’re only two episodes in the season, but things are already crazy. Episode two brought us a couple of interesting developments, as well as one heck of a revelation. Let’s take a look at some of the highlights.
Telemundo Operación Pacífico Spoilers: Reunited
Part of the promotion of this series was the return of Majida Issa and Johanna Fadul to Telemundo. The actresses, who play sisters Amelia and Mariana Ortega, shared the screen for the first time without being on the phone. We loved seeing these actresses, who played a mother and daughter on the Paraíso shows, together again. Their chemistry is on point, and we liked seeing another dimension to them. In this show, they’re the good guys. Where Fadul’s previous character, Daniela Barrera, was a bratty and smug person who used her mother’s power to make people bend to her will, Mariana is a serious student who is terrified by the sudden turn her sister’s job takes. Speaking of the twists, let’s talk Jorge Camacho (Luciano D’Alessandro) and Amalia Ortega (Issa).
Telemundo Operación Pacífico Spoilers: Troubled union
We mentioned previously that Amalia’s job demands gave him an excuse to go find some affection elsewhere. This turned out to be a huge mistake, as he ended up kidnapped by the bad guys. His other woman, Lorena (Lina Cardona), works for a guy called The Doctor (Jorge Zárate) who is connected to Espinosa “El Guapo” Roldán (Julio Bracho). Her boss has obviously been planning this for a time, because he had a Plan B ready as well. That involved holding Jorge hostage and making him record a video plea for Amalia to obey The Doctor’s orders. Thanks to his decision, his two sons are now hiding away in fear, Amalia is in an even more dangerous position, and he’s been forced to see a couple of horrible things. Not to mention the beating he took. Oh, and did we mention they’ve now fitted him with a bomb? Good decision-making skills that one’s got.

Telemundo Operación Pacífico Spoilers: Nice move
Another thing we liked about this episode was Gabriel Pedraza (Mark Tacher). While he disobeyed orders to stay put and possibly added to the danger, we think he ultimately made the right call. We think the bad guys might have been gone by the time the reinforcements got there. Besides that, they were able to catch Lorena and learn the truth about what’s been going on. But, he did even better with how he handled what he learned.
Operación Pacífico spoilers reveal he discovered incriminating stuff about Jorge on Lorena’s phone. In a show of seriousness and compassion, he asked her to make everyone leave the room before he showed it to her. Poor Amalia was able to avoid learning her husband cheated in front of her whole team.
Telemundo Operación Pacífico Spoilers: Badass
In other news, Amalia showed what she’s made of. Forced to meet with the bad guys (and disobey their orders to come alone), she improvised a bit. When the random baddie came and discovered her betrayal, he took her listening devices away and her bullet-proof vest. He then forced her to get on a motorcycle alone with him. Despite this, Amalia was able to get the upper hand and pose as him long enough to take out some bad guys and find her cheating man. Of course, as we mentioned above, it wasn’t quite the way she expected to find him. But she jumped right into action to help.
Telemundo Operación Pacífico Spoilers: Say what?
So, we’ve seen a few crazy things on novelas before. Witchcraft and cannibals on Paraíso, curses on La Doña, and more. But this one seems to take things up a notch. It seems our mysterious Guapo is connected to a secret society. They’ve got robes, blood rituals, the whole nine yards. Looks like Amalia’s job is going to be harder than she thought. We’re here for it.
