NBC ‘Days Of Our Lives’ (DOOL) Spoilers finds that any of you who were fond if JJ Deveraux and his soft brown eyes but it looks like we won’t be privvy to them much longer. As we all know, poor JJ has been through the ringer recently, what with him losing the love of his life, Haley Chen (Theia Megia) to a stunt pulled by an an angry Kristen DiMera (Stacey Haiduk) who, according to Haley had just lost her newborn baby girl. Haley offered to get the doctor when it all happened.
Recently, we saw JJ’s reaction to her death and how sadly he bemoaned not just losing one girlfriend in a tragic, vio4 lent way but two. He then proceeded to start some unhealthy coping mechanisms by getting addicted to prescription medication. It looks like he wants to get clean of all that though and something tells me that that could start with leaving Salem altogether. In fact, it will. During February sweeps week. No word on how it actually happens but for now we know that he is indeed leaving soon.

We know the why, he wants to go to rehab. But the question remains, does he actually make it there? Recently, JJ has been sticking his nose in where it doesn’t belong and sometimes that winds up proving fatal to well loved characters. He let Lani Price (Sal Stowers) stay at his apartment for a bit recently and while it was just for a little while we all know that Lani is currently on the wrong side of Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus), Gabi is fiercely protective of her own interests. If she won’t hesitate to kill Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) then she probably wouldn’t hesitate to wipe JJ off the map either if he crossed her wrong. How co could that happen? If Lani got to Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) first. That’s how.

Gabi wouldn’t hesitate to do a curtain call for poor JJ if he got in the way of her relationship. But is that how he’s going to go? It doesn’t have to be. If he’s serious enough about his stint in rehab it will probably mean rehab with an option to return in the future. However, Moss could be done with JJ and Salen for good and that could spell a recast. Then we’ll just have to see who will possibly play JJ in the future and what they will bring to the table.
