NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers tease that star Eric Martsolf (Brady Black) has a new, fun podcast to share with his fans. It’s a topic that a lot of people don’t often talk about: mindfulness. Here’s what you need to know.
Sharing an update on his Instagram account for his fans, Eric captioned his post with, “Our topic this week is a virtue that is under constant threat in the age of technology: mindfulness. Mindfulness expert, Shamash Alidina, has been on his journey teaching mindfulness since 1998. He’s a leading light in the field. Give yourself mental vacation and check out this episode!”

Apparently, it’s a topic that a lot of his fans are interested in discussing about. In fact, quite a few of them left comments such as, “This is so great Eric, I am loving all of your podcasts. A mental vacation is something that I could certainly use along with a real one, too,” along with, “I wish more people would talk about mindfulness and of course, practice it, too. We are too engaged in our screens to actually look up and pay attention to some of the things that are happening around us.”

Another fan wrote, “So teens are doing this right? Just kidding…lol seems like my daughter (21years old) knows more than me about it than I do, and more than my friends. We are 35-45 years old crazy, huh?” And while Eric certainly wants his fans to be mindful, that doesn’t seem to be the case on ‘Days of Our Lives’ these days. As a matter of fact, the drama is heating up as his character Brady Black is about to embark on a fake romance with his real love, Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker). Of course, Days of Our Lives fans will have to tune in for all of the action.
