TLC 90 Day Fiancé Spoilers finds that we are so glad that Michael Jessen and Juliana Custudio finally got married, they looked so genuinely in love and so ecstatic to be getting married. Michael especially, it’s kind of rare in these events that at least one party doesn’t look like they’re being dragged to the guillotine, at least in my experience (no shade, I’d probably look that way at my own wedding!), but these two in spite of some pre-wedding jitters looked totally at ease with each other and seemed to love the idea of exactly what they were getting themselves into. That can only be a good sign. Juliana looked like something from out of a fairy tale.
TLC 90 Day Fiancé Spoilers: Michael’s children were a breath of fresh air
Michael’s children were the cutest thing, given their own speeches at their Dad’s wedding. You know, Juliana and Michael have to be doing something right because not just one, but both children spoke at the wedding and they looked ever so happy about doing it. When they hang out with Juliana and Michael as a couple there’s none of that stereotypical “She’s just my stepmom” grumpiness that some kids have, these children are genuinely glad to see her and that’s a breath of fresh air. They are happy for their Dad and there’s no real tension there between them seeing that their Dad has a younger wife, and the fact that they are young themselves.

The one thing I could not, for the life of me wrap my head around however, was the fact that they were married by his ex-wife. Normally, ex-wives, if they choose to show up at the wedding of their former spouse, just sit in the front row and silently seethe and throw shade at their ex and his new wife and make speculations on how long it’s going to last before it blows up. However, Sarah seemed to be completely on-board with this wedding and seemed to be ever so eager to see these two tie the knot. I’m honestly not too sure of what to make of that sentiment.

Obviously at one point in their lives, Michael and Sarah had to have been in love because they produced two children together but how do you arrive at the decision to officiate the former love of your life’s wedding? On one hand, you have to admire the immense selflessness and growth as a person that one would have to have in order to think about giving away the former love of your life completely. It’s one thing to watch the guy get married, it’s entirely another to marry him off yourself!

Some might interpret this move as an epic shade on Sarah’s part in a weird way. Some people might think that she’s just marrying off her husband in the ultimate gesture of, “Fine, you can have him!” and tossing him at an unsuspecting Juliana as if he were a discarded toy. Which would definitely be the case if this were say, a soap opera and Michael had a dark past, but this is reality TV and from what we can see these are real people with real lives and Sarah looked just as happy to be there as the bride and groom themselves. So I guess some people can successfully be friends after having ended a relationship? Or is there some other motivation behind Sarah’s selflessness. We’ll take it at face value for now. Stay tuned!!!
