‘Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers tease that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) has two very important women in his life and yes, both women sure know a lot about him, his past, his present and even what’s in store for his future. However, it does appear as though Billy is getting more support and understanding from one ex-partner than his current one. Here’s what you need to know.
‘Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Chloe Or Victoria – Who Understands Billy Better?
Yes, Billy is in a very loving and stable relationship with his current partner, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) but that doesn’t mean they don’t have their problems. In fact, they have some major trust issues between them. After all, Billy was the one who did catch Victoria kissing Cane Ashby (Daniel Goddard) when she shouldn’t have!

And while the two have been doing everything they can to make things work, it’s definitely not easy being an Abbott married to a Newman. There’s a huge power struggle between them and the fact that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) has never been too fond of Billy certainly doesn’t make things any easier on them.
On the other hand, Billy’s also got Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) in his life, too. Yes, Chloe is madly in love with Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) but she and Billy share a history together, too. Chloe always says that if there’s someone who understand what Billy is going through (especially during his mental breakdowns), it’s Chloe. After all, she’s been there, done that in the past, too. That’s why she’s been working so hard trying to get through to Billy and hopefully help him ‘recover’ so to speak. With that said, a lot of ‘Young and the Restless’ fans can’t help but wonder who is the better fit for Billy – is it Victoria or Chloe? What do you think?
