‘Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers have teased that there would be a possibility that Gloria Baldwin (Judith Chapman) would be returning to Genoa City. As a matter of fact, there was even a lot of speculation on social media that Judith would be returning to The Young and the Restless after her stint on Days of Our Lives ended. So far that doesn’t look like it has been the case. Here’s what we know so far.

Many daytime television fans were delighted to see Judith Chapman again when she played the role of Diane Cooper in Salem. She shared some incredible scenes with actor Greg Rikaart (Leo Stark) with many of her fans wanting more!
After Greg left Days of Our Lives to reprise his role as Kevin Fisher on The Young and the Restless, a lot of fans were hoping that Judith would do the same and come back as Gloria. After all, you can’t have Kevin and Michael Bennett (Christian LeBlanc) without Gloria by their side, right? At least, that’s what everyone was hoping for.

Unfortunately, it appeared as though The Young and the Restless producers and writers had other plans and apparently, there was no room for Gloria to return. Judith, however, didn’t seem to waste any time as she decided to make good use of her vacation by going on a well-deserved cruise to Europe.
Now, as far as what’s in store for Judith in the soap world remains to be seen. A lot of fans are hoping that since she won’t be on The Young and the Restless anytime soon, she can go back to being Diana on Days of Our Lives. Judith herself doesn’t have any answers but has made it pretty clear that she would love to work in front of the cameras again. We’ve got our fingers crossed that it will happen sooner rather than later!
