‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers have good news, surprise trips, desperate moves, and conspiracy. If you missed the action, let’s get to your need-to-know info in today’s General Hospital rundown.
‘General Hospital’ (GH) Spoilers: Jordan Suspicious, Knows Life-Saving Donation Obtained By Fraud – Kevin Posed As Ryan To Agree To Procedure!
Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) starts her day off by being a little upset with Jasper Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) getting Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) a surfboard. She thinks that might put pressure on her, but he thinks it’s just what she needs to heal: a little time outside, doing something she loves. Carly ends up conceding the point, and make sure Jax knows when Joss gets the gift.
Later on, she heads over to GH for her follow-up test. She goes through it, but then questions whether or not it’s worth the trouble. If the other test came out fine, wouldn’t this just be doing it because they can? Her doctor admits that it’s a fine line to avoid overkill with testing, but thinks that with Carly’s history it’s best to cover the bases.
General Hospital (GH) spoilers: Anything for Crimson
Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), Nina Reeves (Michelle Stafford), and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) are discussing Crimson’s future today. They need something big to reach the goals Nina and Jax agreed to. Maxie has just the thing: putting Ava Jerome (Maura West) on the cover. This is met with opposition for two reasons.
Sasha is a huge objector because of her own personal history with Ava. She ended up in thanks to Ava lying about the state of Kiki Jerome’s (Hayley Erin) relationship with Griffin Monroe (Matt Cohen), after all. It was so bad, she even wanted to press charges. A call interrupts the discussion, and Nina tells Sasha to head out if she wants, because she and Maxie can handle this.
Once Sasha is gone, Nina starts ranting about her own personal distaste for Ava, her aversion to giving her attention, and her worries about exploiting Kiki’s death. Maxie assures her that Ava would only have to talk about what she wants to discuss, and points out that making money off of Ava would be a massive win. Not to mention taking advantage of Ava’s self-love. This eventually wins Nina over. She leaves to find Ava, who’d been dealing with some gallery business at Julian Jerome’s place (William DeVry). She approaches Ava and makes the offer.
General Hospital spoilers: Surprise trip
As for Sasha, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) has asked her to meet him to make a suggestion. He has to go to Martha’s Vinyard for business deal, and wants to take her along. Her initial reaction makes him worry he’s gone too far, but Sasha assures him she’s fine and would love to come. Her reaction was more about the coincidence he wants to take her to her favorite place in the world. S
he loves it so much, in fact, she’s already got a big list of stuff she wants to do while they’re there—including a bathing suit-optional beach. We love this pair. They’re fun together, and we’re dreading the day Sasha’s exposed as a fake. Besides, they have so much in common, it’s like fate has spoken.
General Hospital (GH) spoilers: The greater good
Finally, there’s Jordan Ashford’s (Brianna Nicole Henry) surgery today. Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) is upset when he sees that Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) has a copy of Jordan’s DNR order. TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow), Stella Henry (Vernee Watson-Johnson), Elizabeth, and Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) assure him that the whole thing is completely routine and just something some patients choose to put in place, just as a precaution. TJ also assures him that this doesn’t mean they won’t try to save Jordan is something goes wrong. They just won’t leave her in a vegetative state.
Eventually, Jordan comes through the surgery just fine and gets the chance to visit with her family. She and TJ make plans to see a documentary about owls, which Curtis will happily miss. He doesn’t know what he’s missing. Okay, yes, that’s nerdy, but we don’t care.
‘General Hospital’ (GH) Spoilers: There Will Be Hell To Pay
Stella and TJ decide to leave the couple alone for a bit. Stella wants to get to the store so she can make Jordan a nice first post-surgery meal. Jordan says it’s not necessary, but Curtis objects because “a brother’s gotta eat.” We guess he doesn’t like the food at GH any better than Stella does. While they’re alone, Jordan ponders once more why Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) would even think of handing over an organ to her. Curtis responds the Lord works in mysterious ways. We think she’s suspicious.
She should be, too. While talking about the situation and Ryan, Laura Webber (Genie Francis) thanks Kevin Collins for telling her the truth.
Later scenes suggest that the substance Franco Baldwin injected was used to get Ryan out of the way long enough for Kevin Collins to play his brother and consent to the surgery. It seems both Finn and Elizabeth are also in on this plan. There’s a cool shot at the end where they’re all standing there as the real Ryan gets carted off to jail, still in his coma. They seriously better hope that Ryan never wakes up!
