There’s a new report that says The Young and the Restless star Joshua Morrow (Nick Newman) is selling his home in Los Angeles. And while no one knows what this might mean for his future on the show, one thing is for certain: he is either moving on out or moving on up! Here’s what we know.

According to reports, the handsome actor has listed his home in Lake Sherwood for $4.95 million. The two-story home was built in 1995 and comes with a media room, an office, kitchen, and breakfast area. It also has six bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. There’s a swimming pool, spa and two-car garage. Joshua purchased the home just last year but has already decided to sell it.

Now, the actor hasn’t said what has prompted him to make the move, but either he’s in the business of flipping homes or he might be looking to cut his commute short by finding a home closer to the CBS studios. Either way, we will definitely keep an eye out for any updates or developments.
As far as his on screen character is concerned, it looks like he’s at a crossroads in his life right now. After he dumped Phyllis Summers (Gina Tognoni), things just haven’t been the same for him. He seems to be more bored than anything! However, that’s all about to change now that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is back in the picture. That’s because there will be plenty of twists and turns ahead for the entire Newman family and yes, Adam’s presence will have an impact on Nick. Of course, fans will have to tune in to find out what will happen next!
