Thursday in Port Charles brings a big decision by Not-Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom), more worries for Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth), some new developments in the virus situation, and an act of teen rebellion is on the horizon. Kids, right?
Looks like Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) might not have learned her lesson after her disaster in the catacombs. She went home to run the Niagra Falls road trip by Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright), who promptly shuts it down. She offers instead to let them take the trip with a little parental supervision. Joss balks at that and storms out with a recently-arrived Cameron Spencer (William Lipton), who has some problems of his own. We’ll get to that later. Right now, all you need to know is, Joss wants to go ahead with the trip as planned—behind the adults’ backs. This can only end well…
Bargaining
Arthur Cabot is not too keen on talking right now, much to Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) annoyance. She, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton), and Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) remind him he’s made a deal. Cabot thinks it’s more extortion, but that’s not really the point. He ain’t talking until the bandage comes off and he can see.

Later, the operation proves to be successful, so Anna fires a ton of questions his way. He decides to answer the last one first: what’s her sister got to do with this? He basically says that Alex Marick was part of his twin experiment, and so was an unwilling Anna—she just doesn’t remember.
Doomed from the start
After the arraignment, Not-Kevin is feeling a little frisky, so he decides it’s time to make the big move. Right it the courthouse, he asks Ava to marry him. She brings up the minor things—you, know, like the fact he’s married. Not-Kevin isn’t worried about such formalities. He says that will be dealt with soon and he’s ready to move on. She accepts. Considering he has the formality in question locked up at Ferncliff, we’re wondering if anyone’s missing the mayor yet…

Buyer’s remorse
Now that he’s done what Jordan Ashford (Vinessa Antoine) asked, Franco’s miserable. He just let down the one person who believed in him, and he doesn’t think he’ll ever get that trust back. Jordan’s confident that once he’s helped draw out the true killer and prove himself, things will go back to how they should be. He’s not so sure. He’s also worried about the safety of Liz and the kids.
Jordan won’t provide the full-time protection he wants, though, because that would be explaining to her cops why they’re doing so. Okay, strike one against her. How about spinning it as needing to ensure no angry citizens or relatives attempt payback? Or maybe she’s keeping tabs in case Elizabeth might know something more to help the case? Or a couple of confrontations that have happened over Elizabeth saying he’s innocent? There’s plenty of scenarios, we’re sure.
Franco's already questioning his plea decision, West Coast. Will Jordan's plan to lure the real killer out of the shadows work?

Anyway, Jordan is keeping her eye on the prize. She wants Franco to move on to the next phase—giving a tell-all interview that will take credit for the real killer’s artistry and genius that will surely enrage the true killer into making a mistake. You mean like attacking the people the person stealing his spotlight loves? #JustSaying. And there, we have strike two. It’s not like the Not-Kevin can target Franco personally while locked up in a mental hospital… he’s sure to be well-guarded. And even if he got access, wouldn’t the people outside of a secure facility be more practical from a not-getting-caught perspective? We’ll have to see if she manages to strike out.
In related news, Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan) nearly passes out at the courthouse after seeing Franco led off in cuffs triggers more memories of that night. She has a gut feeling that something is very wrong. Besides that, Cameron is even angrier at mom after learning that Franco pleads guilty. Liz still believes in him, but she’s furious that he’s not talking to her about what really is going on.

Also today: Harmony (Inga Cadranel) comes to Port Charles to warn Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) because of Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) snooping. She mentions that someone else has been poking around (Damian Spinelli, played by Bradford Anderson). She’s worried that if something happens with him, the entire organization will go down.
Meanwhile, Jason’s learned more info about a drug overdose back in Beechers Corners, something that a young female member of Day of Day took the blame for. He and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) think that sounds awfully familiar and Jason is more concerned than ever about Sam going anywhere with Shiloh. He’s definitely following them to whatever Shiloh wants to show her later, and he’s placed a tracker on her phone.
