‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Good advice gone wrong…
Let’s start by talking about the Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey)/Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder)/Eric Brady (Greg Vaghan) situation. If you remember, we left off last week with Rex walking in on Sarah’s apology to Eric and wondering what’s up. He proceeds to question them, and we’re thinking he’s just a little too high and mighty here, all things considered. Eric insists there’s nothing going on between the two of them and leaves the exes to sort it out.

After Eric leaves, Sarah continues to give Rex the cold shoulder. She feels that whatever she does is none of his business anymore. He begs forgiveness for the umpteenth time and makes it clear that he knows he’s total scum, and nothing is going to ever make them even after what he did. Apparently, this never-say-die thing works, because Sarah agrees to give him another chance.
Meanwhile, Eric went for an impromptu therapy session with Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall). He isn’t sure whether he needs Mom or Therapist, and she’s thinking he’s lucky to have both. He lays the whole horrible story out there about Sarah and Xander Cook (Paul Telfer), which surprises Marlena. She can understand, however, Sarah being completely distraught after learning about the sister situation.
After asking the hard-hitting questions only a psychologist can, Eric realizes that he’s at least partly angry with himself for the feelings he’s having and scared to hurt another brother. Marlena points out that lying about feelings doesn’t help, and Eric heads out to apparently see Sarah and lay it all on the table. Unfortunately for him, Marlena’s well-intentioned good advice blows up in his face. He walks in just in time to catch the exes kissing and Rex is more than happy to explain they’re back together.

‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Trouble with Mr. Blank Slate, Jack Devereaux
When we left Jennifer Horton (Melissa Reeves) and Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) last, she was filling him in on all his past sins. She felt it smart, given that he’s, you know, running for office. She tells him she’s just thinking about him in all this and reiterates Eve can’t be trusted. Jack seems to be getting a little tired of this song, and hearing all about the bad deeds of his past. He calls Jennifer out for telling him the bad about himself instead of the good, as well as telling him what he can’t do instead of what he can.
Eve apparently does this for him. When Will Horton (Chandler Massey) walks by, Jennifer jumps at the chance to connect him with someone who’s lost his memory as well. They have a chat, and Will tells him to call any time he needs to talk. Jack is appreciative of the offer, but also annoyed with Jennifer for showing him someone who got their memory back when it looks so unlikely for him. Jennifer’s over it, and calls him out for not having hope or being the man she loves. She doesn’t even like the Jack that’s here now.
Meanwhile, Eve Donovan (Kassie DePaiva) is facing off with Xander, who’s stolen the magic diary. Seems that Xander isn’t holding up his part of the bargain and he doesn’t want to leave town empty-handed. Eve is frustrated and accuses him of blowing his chance to be part of the Kiriakis bunch a long time ago. He’s leaving town, but he’s not giving up. He’s taking the diary in the meantime until he can figure out exactly how he can use Eve to get what he wants.
Melissa Reeves sits down to talk all things Jack and shares her thoughts on becoming the Horton matriarch. Then, Paul Telfer and Greg Rikaart give us the inside scoop on Xander and Leo.https://t.co/G1aBQxVJis pic.twitter.com/YAGpfb2U3S

‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Calling the bluff
Sonny Kiriakis (Freddie Smith) is frustrated after learning that they’re still having trouble finding Leo Stark’s (Greg Rikaart) mom based on the little information available. Leo’s making him crazy and now, after Xander turned him down, he’s had enough. He wants Sonny to put out, or he’s ready to do something with the photos implicating Sonny and Will in an attempted murder. Sonny seems just as fed up, and he refuses to betray Will. He also reminds him that if Leo should do so, he’ll lose this nice, cushy life. Leo decides he’s going to think on what to do, and let it be a surprise for Sonny.
Later on, Will contacts Sonny with good news about Leo’s mom. At the same time, the scene changes to Leo opening the front door of Casa Kiriakis and looking completely shocked. We can just guess who’s standing on the other side of that door…
