In his latest video, Jeffree Star dropped a new palette called the weirdo palette and it’s basically a throwback to all of the colors he would use in his high school make-up palete, which seems to be a lot of reds, blacks, and greys (and some pinks thrown in there for when he’s feeling extra pretty, I suppose.), but while he was revealing this new palette he also dropped a little tea that we weren’t expecting – it seems that his new mini palete was leaked!
He also said that some other big name brands like MAC, Tom Ford, and a few other ones got leaked too and had incidents of an ‘early release’ but he said that his particular incident was ‘contained’, whatever that meant.

He also implied that whomever leaked it, it was an inside job, and that an employee was the one who was releasing product early and selling it. Though… it begs the question, where?
Jeffree has his own storefront now, he’s no longer partnered with morphe and unless he has a mole inside the lab (which, hey, it could happen) then it seems kind of unlikely that one of his own employees would be the one to be leaking products like that, especially since it happened to several other big name brands.
Do they use the same lab? Also, we know that Jeffree Star’s leak was ‘contained’ but what about the other brands?
Makeup is a big business so if anyone did want to screw over Jeffree Star that would be the way to do it by leaking his stuff early or for a much lower price than suggested retail. (Though he honestly seemed sort of excited about the TJ Maxx markdown just last week… oh well, they weren’t new releases.)
It definitely wouldn’t be in this person’s best interest to get in the way of Jeffree Star’s bottom line, because he’s been known to chase people around with tasers… then again that might just be if he really likes you.
Still, if I were the leaker I would be concerned about anyone who named a lipstick shade “blood of my enemies” because knowing Jeffree Star there could just be a grain of truth to it. Stay tuned!!!
