Jake Paul is in hot bother once again, after another woman has come forward to allege a case of sexual misconduct.
Jake Paul Accused Of ‘Groping’ Underaged Girl
The Youtuber had recently been making headlines for the right reasons, following his stunning performance, in the boxing ring against Ben Askren. The latter was put to sleep with a TKO in the first round. But now, a second allegation of misconduct within a case of a few weeks has threatened his public profile. The first included a claim by Justine Paradise, who stated that Jake forced her to have oral sex.
Things were made worse after Justine claimed she was made to sign an NDA, which prevented her from talking about her time with Jake. In response, Jake denied any wrongdoing. His lawyers said: “Our client categorically denies the allegation and has every intention of aggressively disproving…those responsible for the defamation of his character…Any false allegations diminish the credibility of [true] victims.”
But now Railey Lollie, who is best known for being a model, claimed that Jake had groped her while she was under the age of 18. Such a statement would be profound given that Railey would clearly be under the age of consent. In an interview with The New York Times, Railey said: “I was with Jake for months. I saw what kind of person he was behind the scenes and what kind of [other] person he put out to the rest of the world.”
And Railey began to make further revelations. She had reportedly told Jake to stop with his behaviour, after which he simply ran out of the room. While it is merely a case of two people proclaiming different accounts, the fact that we have seen the emergence of a cancel culture suggests Jake is walking a fine line. We only have to look at other YouTubers to see why.
David Dobrik got himself into hot bother after he was accused of filming his previous vlog partner allegedly raping someone. Fans are left with no clear answer as to who is telling the truth. But with a second allegation coming in the space of a few short weeks, it does not look very good for Jake. We will have to see how it will play out.
