Eileen Davidson recently told fans that when she left, she talked to writer, Josh Griffith about possibly making some guest appearances. He took her up on her offer! She is very pleased that he decided to write her back into some of the Young and the Restless storylines.Â

Many fans thought that she left the show due to Mal Young, the former executive producer and head writer. She told our source that he had nothing to do with her leaving the show. She was determined to spend more time with her family. She admitted that she was taking work home with her and she never had a free moment because she was always trying to think about her character and memorize her lines. She was at the point of exhaustion and felt that she was getting burned out. She also wanted to enjoy the moments with her family more.Â
On the show, Ashley left Genoa City in order to establish her own brand, My Beauty. She took her brand all the way to Paris and that is where she has been since. When she left, she did stir up a lot of drama since she took all of her work and patents that Jabot had. Fans of the show were left wondering what would happen next to Ashley. Is her company making it big in Paris? Is she using all the patents that she made when she was at Jabot? Does Jabot have some strict competition now?Â

Our sources have brought up many storylines that Ashley could be involved in. We all know that she was romantically linked to Neil, who was played by Kristoff St. John. We think that she may be coming back for the tribute episode in his honor. We have also heard rumors that there are some changes happening at Jabot and the CEO seat may be up for grabs. Sources have said that Ashley may even be back to claim the throne that she thinks is rightfully hers. We are unsure of what will unfold, but we cannot wait to see her back on the screen and stirring up trouble in Genoa City.Â
