‘Young and the Restless’ spoilers for Wednesday, May 8 finds Devon (Bryon James) confusing Elena (Brytni Sarpy) with Hilary (Mishael Morgan). Also, Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) is forced to deal with Mariah’s (Camryn Grimes) staler while Sharon (Sharon Case) gets closer to Adam Newman (Mark Grossman).
‘Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Wednesday, May 8: Devon Has Flashbacks of Dead Girlfriend, Confuses Elena With Hilary During Passionate Moment
It begins at the park where a nervous Sharon is waiting for Adam to appear. She sends him a text telling him that she’s waiting for him. She can hear his phone in the bushes but before she knows it, he’s gone. She then returns to her Las Vegas hotel room and updates Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) on the situation. She also tells him about her history with Adam. Sharon admits that she was once fiercely in love with Adam.

He also saved her life and helped get her into therapy. Sharon vows that she won’t leave Las Vegas until she finds Adam. He once saved her life and now it’s up to her to save his. However, Rey says that he’s here for her. They begin to kiss, undress and make love. Sharon thinks that she hears something in the background, but it turns out to be nothing.
At Crimson Lights, Devon talks to Cane (Daniel Goddard). Devon warns him that no matter how hard he will try, Lily has her mind made up and that she is proceeding with their divorce. Cane, however, is willing to risk everything in his life to get his wife back. He even wants to sell their home. Devon doesn’t think it’s a good idea and suggests to Cane that he backs off. Elsewhere, Mariah gets a text from her stalker who tells her that he’s not going anywhere, anytime soon.
At the penthouse, Devon and Elena are chatting. Elena admires Devon and how well he seems to be handling Neil Winter’s death. Devon admits that it’s not easy. Elena also opens up a little about her past and her mother’s death. Elena goes upstairs but when she returns, Devon is on the couch daydreaming about Hilary. He gets confused and when he sees Hilary, he is actually giving Elena a kiss. Devon immediately apologizes and says that he doesn’t know why he did that. Elena is left speechless after the kiss.
At the coffeehouse, Tessa gives Mariah a scare. Mariah says she get another text. Tessa is furious and demands to know what she did that is making her stalker creep her out so much. The ladies then change the conversation to Tessa’s recording session, however, another text comes in. But it’s not the stakler.
