‘Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers finds that he might be gone, but he will never be forgotten. The Young and the Restless stars came out in full force to honor Kristoff St. John and his memory and of course, celebrate his birthday. The actor passed away in his home earlier this year. He was best known for his role as Neil Winters on the hit CBS soap.

Actor Daniel Goddard, who plays Cane on the soap, shared a photo of him, Joshua Morrow (Nick Newman) and Bryton James (Devon Hamilton) at a bench dedication ceremony for the actor. Kristoff’s ex-wife Mia invited his co-stars, members of the entertainment industry along with his family, friends and fans for a special ceremony that took place on what would have been Kristoff’s 53rdbirthday.

Daniel captioned his photo with, “Spent the day celebrating the birthday… and the unveiling of our brother #KristoffStJohn ‘s headstone… with two of the finest humans you could you could ever ask to know… #HappyBirthday Stoff…. not a day goes by that we don’t miss you!”
A lot of his fans commented on the pic with, “Thanks so much for sharing this…you guys look great…Kristoff is so missed…we will love him always!” and “Thanks for sharing, you guys are the best. An absolutely beautiful tribute to a beautiful soul, Kristoff who is lighting up heaven with his radiant smile and looking down on his wonderful friends. He is deeply missed. RIP.”
Kristoff’s death has been categorized as accidental. According to reports, he was supposedly on an alcohol binge at the time of his death. Friends and family members say that he has been in a dark place ever since his son Julian St. John committed suicide back in 2014. All of the cast and crew from The Young and the Restless have made it pretty clear that they miss him terribly and that there will never be another person like Kristoff in their lives.
