‘Young and the Restless’ spoilers finds that star Michael Mealor (Kyle Abbott) knows that there’s no better advice out there than the advice that you can get from your one and only television dad! As a matter of fact, the young handsome actor recently shared advice that he got from fellow Genoa City star, Peter Bergman (Jack Abbott). Here’s what he has to say.
‘Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Peter Bergman’s (Jack Abbott) Wise Words of Wisdom For His On-Screen Michael Mealor (Kyle Abbott)!
While there’s no doubt that Kyle and Jack have definitely had their fair share of ups and downs throughout the years, things seemed to be working pretty well for them – up until now. That’s because Jack has decided to demote Kyle from his position at Jabot.

However, it appears as though Kyle Abbott and Jack are very close off screen so much so that he gets tips from the legendary daytime television actor quite often. Michael recently told CBS Soaps in Depth in an interview, “He told me to think of the audience’s point of view when you get to blocking and see what they will see. Show the audience something that the person behind you in the scene doesn’t see. That was great advice!”
Michael also said that Jack Abbott’s advice has really worked well for him, especially during heated or dramatic scenes with other stars. His co-stars might not see what’s going on, but the audience certainly does.
“I was in a fight with Phyllis in the CEO office, and I turned around and walked to the couch, rolling my eyes,” the young actor said. “Phyllis is behind me, so she will never see that. But the audience sees what’s really going on. That’s cool, because they respond to it. They’re like, ‘Oh, he just did that! Now I know what he’s thinking!’”
