According to Deadline, CBS has pulled the plug on Life in Pieces after just four seasons. Created by Justin Adler, a lot of fans enjoyed the show and critics hailed it as one of the strongest family comedy sitcoms on primetime television.

The show was about one big happy family and all of the awkward but memorable milestones they experienced over the years. Along with Hunter King, it also starred Betsy Brandt, Zoe Lister-Jones, Colin Hanks, Angelique Cabral, Thomas Sadoski, Dan Bakkedahl, Niall Cunningham, Holly J. Barrett, and Giselle Eisenberg.
A lot of fans expressed their disappointment in hearing the news that Life in Pieces would be getting the boot. Some of them commented with, “Sorry to read this. Pieces is one of the most intelligent sitcoms on, with a terrific cast,” along with, “Life in Pieces is one of the best shows with an incredible ensemble. This cancellation is a terrible choice.”

Thankfully, fans will still get to see Hunter on The Young and the Restless everyday on CBS. Unfortunately the network did not say why they decided to cancel Life in Pieces, despite its strong following and good ratings.
Now, as far as what is in store for Hunter on The Young and the Restless, her character Summer Newman is about to get a new love interest! Needless to say, things are going to heat up in more ways than one as Theo will do more than just sweep Summer off her feet. Fans will have to tune in to find out what will happen next!
