‘Welcome to Plathville’ Spoilers tells that at the end of this week’s episode of Welcome to Plathville, Olivia Plath decided to go look at a rental property by herself. It was a really cute rental property and while Olivia would be perfectly content to live there, Ethan would not.
She says that unlike where Ethan grew up there is nothing to fix, no lawn to mow, no space for his six cars because they only get 2 parking spaces and she knows that he wouldn’t be happy there. Even though the place is more spacious than a lot of the apartments she has looked at.
‘Welcome to Plathville’: Will Olivia move on without Ethan?
Ethan has a certain set of requirements for anywhere he moves, but Olivia said in her confessional that if he doesn’t want to move with her then he needs to let her know so that she can move on and do what’s best for herself.
Now, we already know that according to all reports out there that Ethan and Olivia are still married, but at the time of this filming it seemed that Olivia was heavily leaning toward divorcing Ethan because he just continued to ignore the problems in their marriage in hopes that they would all go away.
Going out and fixing a car may do wonders for Ethan’s mental health, but clearly it does nothing for Olivia’s if she’s just left hanging.
There also seems to be the fact of the matter that both Ethan and Olivia want two entirely different lives. Olivia wants a faster-paced life in which she gets to socialize and do all the things that she didn’t get to do whlie she was under her parents’ roof, and Ethan likes the slow pace of country life and would be content on a large property somewhere eternally fixing cars while Olivia played the contented little wife.
However, Olivia really doesn’t want to play a live-action part in a Green Acres remake, it seems, so as of this filming it looks like Ethan needs to either step up his communication game or be prepared to lose her permanently. Olivia said in the preview for next week that neither know how to fight in a healthy way, which just doesn’t bode well. Stay tuned!!!
