‘Welcome to Plathville’ Spoilers indicate that on the last episode Ethan Plath and wife Olivia Plath seemed to talk things over and work things out. Ethan said that when he went on his little trip, he actually went out to the west coast, where Olivia originally wanted to move to, and wondered why on earth he was living in such an “ugly place”.
Before Olivia left, he really hadn’t been able to appreciate the beauty of the west coast and all it had to offer, but once he went out there by himself he was able to see what Olivia saw in the place.
‘Welcome to Plathville’: Ethan and Olivia – Reunited?
Does that mean that Ethan and Olivia could potentially be moving to the West Coast? And what would that actually mean for Welcome to Plathville? Would TLC follow their adventures on the west coast or have they decided to move on from the show and potentially not film anymore?
Ethan amazed Olivia by saying that he even might like to spend a couple of years in Europe potentially. They did honeymoon in Austria so maybe that would be a possibility? Interesting choice. Though, to be honest, Olivia didn’t seem all that convinced by the things he was saying. In fact she kind of seemed like she felt a little trapped by Ethan’s sudden change of heart.
Judging from next week’s preview, it looks like things aren’t really fixed between the couple as of yet. While they both admitted that they didn’t like living alone and they still cared about each other, which culminated into what seemed to be a romantic night at the hotel with those two… next week’s preview shows Olivia back to being kind of done with Ethan’s immature antics.
Ethan compared a bedroll to looking like a thong and Olivia cringed, “Ethan!” okay so yeah that was some cringeworthy humor but it wasn’t not funny, at least not entirely. But we’ll see how their reconcilliation goes, and if Olivia truly wants a man that challenges her as much as she says Ethan does. It’s sort of a will they or won’t they at this point, and while we hope they will.. we’re not actually holding our breath. Stay tuned!!!
