Micah Plath and his friend [name here] got to invite two girls over, Amanda, and Antia, who apparently take acting classes with [name here], he started relating his life story to his friends and they were amazed. Micah was under the impression that everyone grew up like he did with a bunch of siblings and with a Mom and Dad but he said since going out to LA he has met people from all walks of life, different countries and cultures alike and from different kinds of families.
It has offered Micah a whole different perspective about his upbringing. He’s starting to see that the way he grew up was unique, really unique, judging from Amanda and Antia’s reactions.

“Is your Mom okay?” they asked, immediately concerned when they found out that the woman had given birth to 10 children at home, Micah in the dining room of their home, a few in the car, and several at the midwife’s house but it seemed that about half of Kim Plath’s kids seemed determined to show up a little bit earlier than anyone had planned, not necessarily premature (at least it doesn’t sound like anyone was a preemie) but they seemed to all have a ways of making an entrance into the world. Neither girl seemed too keen on the lifestyle that Micah had come from, even though he did express that he liked Antia.
Thing is, would Antia like him back or is she too freaked out by the extreme fundamentalism? Micah has a great personality and doesn’t seem to be secretly harboring any of his family’s fundie beliefs, so it’s doubtful that he would want to secretly whisk Antia off and put her on a farm with 12 kids and a whole slew of animals.
But there seemed to be that fear in Antia’s eyes, when she and Amanda were talking about the eight other siblings that Micah said he had, it was clear that they both looked at him and saw a giant red flag and wanted to run. They were polite enough to stick around but their expressions said it all. Could Micah’s past be too much for the LA girls? Stay tuned!!!
