‘Vanderpump Rules‘ grand dame, Lisa Vanderpump has, along with her husband and business partner, Ken Todd, agreed to pay out $250,000 to settle the class-action lawsuit brought against them by their restaurant staff.
Employees at Sur, Tom Tom and Pump, all restaurants that have appeared on Bravo’s hit reality series, Vanderpump Rules, have accused their employers and their business, Pinky Beverly Hills LLC of violating California labor laws. The suit alleges the staff were either not paid wages or denied meal breaks throughout their employment.

The suit was brought by former employee Adam Antoine in December of 2019. Adam was not a cast member on Vanderpump Rules and only worked in one of the couples’ restaurants from September to December, 2018. However, he has accused the new grandparents of “manipulating or editing time records to show lesser hours than actually worked.” Antoine also claimed that he did not receive proper meals or rest breaks during shifts and further alleges that this had been going on for at least four years prior to his employment.
Adam initially filed the suit on behalf of all former employees and 153 former staffers stepped up to join him in the suit.
Now, according to legal papers, while Vanderpump and Todd have still not admitted to violating the labor laws and staunchly denied the accusations, they have agreed to settle the class-action suit outside of the courts.
It was explained that both parties had strongly opposing views regarding Adam and his team of 153 other staffers claims, however, Vanderpump and Todd decided it was easier, faster and likely ultimately cheaper to settle the litigation.
The courts were informed that both parties had reached the figure of $250K that will be paid out by the couple. $87,500 will go to the legal teams of the employees and the rest will be divvied up between any former employees who worked for the restaurants in question from December 16, 2015 until current.
