‘Vanderpump Rules’ spoilers find that the countdown is on for season 9 to return to our screens. While star, Lisa Vanderpump says she’s not at liberty to share the premiere date, she promises it will be coming back to Bravo (at long last), SOON.
Vanderpump is also teasing a solid season, with Scheana Shay’s fiancé and baby-daddy, Brock Davies making his debut onto the screen, and directly into the hot seat.
While Vanderpump hopes Davies is ‘the one’ for lovelorn Shay, she admits “Only Scheana will find out that, but it definitely got a little complicated there.”

In true Vanderpump Rules form, LVP teases that the rest of the cast “had a lot of opinions, and they weren’t afraid to verbalize them.” Yup, sounds like the Bravo show we know and love…but it will look a little different.
When asked what Vanderpump thought of the axing of many of the big hitters from the past, she said, “Personally, I would prefer people to learn from their mistakes. And I think we’ve seen a lot of growth on Vanderpump Rules of people stepping in the right direction and me trying to put them back on the straight and narrow, but that was Bravo’s decision.”
She added, “But the show is fresh and it’s good and the show was never built around one character. It was always about an ensemble cast and that’s what it is very much so.”
Also, in the spotlight this season will be Lala Kent and her sometimes bestie, sometimes frenemy, James Kennedy. In fact, photos have already leaked of the finale of the season of the cast at a big party for Kennedy and girlfriend (or more?) Raquel Leviss.
But back to Davies, the father to Shay’s 3-month-old daughter, Summer Moon. “He is very much loved, but it wasn’t a smooth journey,” LVP teased admitting the cast member with the biggest surprises for season 9 would be Davies himself.
“I think Brock brings definitely, you know, some surprises. And that whole relationship is a little, eye-opening.”
