Univision Rubí spoilers indicate things are winding down. We only have five episodes until the Gran Final of this limited series. As we get closer to the end, things are getting real. Between the recent death of Héctor Ferrer Garza (Rodrigo Guirao), Rubí Pérez Ochoa’s (Camila Sodi) mysterious future situation, and what we saw on Wednesday, we only see bad ahead. Here’s what you need to know.

Univision Rubí Spoilers: In the future
We still don’t know what is about to happen with Rubí, but something bad is definitely going down. Rubí spoilers reveal our mysterious troublemaker interrupted the all-important interview with Carla Rangel (Ela Velden). Not only that, but she locked Carla in with her ailing husband after Carla took the chance to visit with him. She already made it clear a man can’t be seen there, and this hasty move indicates the person apparently keeping her in check arrived.
We wondered if it was Sadao, the Japanese businessman who Rubí signed a perfume deal with. She’s planning to blow it off, along with her deal with Lucas (Marcus Ornellas) to chase Spanish royalty. The writers hinted this guy doesn’t play around, although Twitter users may be right when they think it’s a bit much to punish her for almost two decades over a deal gone wrong. So, who else might be the one involved in this whole future mess?

Univision Rubí Spoilers: He is not amused
The other person we wonder about is the Prince of Spain, Eduardo. He’s made no secret of the fact he doesn’t want drama around the crown. Unfortunately, for Rubí, two things happened in the Wednesday episode. One, a nasty recording where she insults the disabled surfaced, thanks to Maribel de la Fuente (Kimberly Dos Ramos). Then, the cops came calling over Héctor’s death. Apparently, he’d left a note saying to “Ask Rubí”. His highness really didn’t like that one. Could it be he’s keeping her out of sight and mind all this time to avoid scandal? If anyone would have the resources and power, it’d be royalty. But, there’s another option.
Univision Rubí Spoilers: Revenge?
We wonder if the de la Fuente money (and more) is behind this. Maribel and Alejandro Cárdenas (José Ron) were both devastated by Héctor’s death, despite what he’d done. Add in her statements about the de la Fuente family, how she chased Sonia Aristimuño (Alejandra Espinoza) away, and dragged the family into a scheme that led to a death? We think that’s a good reason to be angry. And Rubí spoilers indicate we saw something about Maribel and Alejandro getting together in the 2004 version. Have they joined forces? We’ll have to wait and see.
