Univision Imperio de mentiras spoilers indicate Sonia de Serrano (Sandra Kai) had a breakdown and possibly put herself at risk. Plus, we saw a huge letdown for José Luis Velasco Rodríguez (Hernán Mendoza) and paranoia from Elisa Cantú Robles (Angelique Boyer). Let’s take a look at what happened and what’s ahead.

Univision Imperio De Mentiras Spoilers: Paranoid

First, Imperio de mentiras spoilers indicate there’s trouble between Elisa and Leonardo “Leo” Velasco Rodríguez (Andrés Palacios).

Between what he learned about Marcelo Arizmendi’s (Juan Martín Jáuregui) death, the “suicide” of Gilberto Tapia (Carlos Aragón), and Sonia being found on a boat, it doesn’t look good. He thinks everything’s connected. He promised to look into it. Elisa doesn’t like it. She’s terrified, actually.

See, if he keeps digging, she’s scared he’ll learn she’s doing Darío Ramírez’s (Iván Arana) bidding still. He could turn her in. So, she confessed her worries to Fabricio Serrano (Javier Jattin). He thinks the only solution is to close the galleries. We’ll see if she actually goes through with it. That’d be a hard blow to the family business as well.

Of course, Marcelo’s funeral did nothing to help. Leo showed up and made a bit of a scene. With everything that’s happened, he seems to be losing it a bit. We can’t think of any other excuse for openly accusing Eugenio Serrano (Alejandro Camacho) in the middle of the funeral. We’ll see if that comes back to bite him later.

Univision Imperio De Mentiras Spoilers: Breakdown

Speaking of Marcelo, Sonia decided to call the house and check in with the family. That could’ve been a huge mistake. She learned Marcelo died and absolutely lost it.

If Eugenio learns she called the house—cause Sonia identified herself—she could be in trouble. He’d obviously expect she’s planning an escape. For her sake, she better hope both Victoria Robles de Cantú’s (Leticia Calderón) and Eugenio’s employees keep quiet.

Univision Imperio De Mentiras Spoilers: Ego blow

Finally, there’s Jose Luis. He started off feeling pretty good about himself. With Gilberto dead—and the questions surrounding him—there’s obviously a vacancy at the department.

Considering some of the higher ups called José Luis, he assumed the job was his. He even told the family about it, and was already dreaming of a better life. Not so much.

They’re lifting his suspension, yes. But the promotion belongs to someone else. Namely, Leo. José Luis played nice in front of the bosses, but he threw a fit later. In fact, he said he’s rather quit than take orders from his little brother. More on that tonight.

Univision Imperio De Mentiras Spoilers: Tonight

As for tonight, we’ll see Elisa and Leo on the brink. All the accusations against Eugenio and his jealousy make her want to keep her distance.

Also, Darío makes a bold move. He’ll introduce himself to Victoria as Majo’s novio. It sounds like Victoria doesn’t take that well, as he threatens her with what might happen if she reports him.

Finally, we’ll see José Luis on the attack. He’s taking this work blow hard, and his family has to pay the price. We sort of liked this guy once, but this whole thing is a bit childish. We’ll have to see how it actually plays out.
