Travis Barker talked up his love for Kourtney Kardashian by highlighting how similar they are to each other.
Travis Barker Talks Up His Relationship With Kourtney Kardashian-‘We’re Very Similar…We Have No Quit’
This was demonstrated none more so than when the pair made the decision to elope and get married in a chapel in Vegas. While that ceremony was not legally binding, due to the absence of a marriage license, it nevertheless demonstrated their tendency to act spontaneously.
In addition, further similarities have been shown by the pair’s public displays of affection, which are very intimate to say the least. And by having so many things in common, it has kept their relationship in a very good place.
In an interview with Billboard, Travis said: “We’re very similar, with our backs to the wall. We have no quit, and I need someone like that in my life.” But it is not just Travis’ personal life that is in a very good place. The same can be said when it comes to his music career.
Travis expanded on how he has been burnt out previously, as a result of overworking. But now that he has managed to find some happiness in his love life, he has made some changes in order to spend more time with his loved ones.
This included launching his very own record label in 2019. As such, by having more creative freedom over what he can do, the drummer has managed to find that much-needed balance in his life.
He added: “I feel like I’m learning how to structure my time, trying to work enough to where I feel comfortable and feel like I earn days off and vacations, which I never took until this past year.”
It is clear that the couple are in a very good place. They have also managed to navigate the difficulties that had been caused initially by Scott Disick’s dissatisfaction with Kourtney moving on.
And after having managed to iron out those difficulties, the pair can focus on moving to the next stage of their relationship. With that being said, it is only a matter of time before a wedding or a family follows. So there you have it folks. What did you think about all of this?
